BIM+A is a BIM specialist studio focused on Architecture and Interior Design, bridging European expertise with the fast-paced Middle Eastern market. With studios in Porto and Dubai, we partner with international architecture firms delivering projects across the GCC, supporting them as a trusted, design-aware, and technically robust BIM delivery partner.

Founded by architect Joana Torres after more than a decade working in Dubai, BIM+A was created in response to a clear industry gap: the need for highly qualified, flexible, and specialised BIM architects and interior designers. Shaped within one of the world’s most demanding and innovative construction markets, BIM+A brings together advanced BIM workflows, experienced architects, and deep expertise in complex, fast-track project delivery.

We provide BIM expertise across all design stages, from Concept Design through to Issue for Construction, ensuring coordination, quality, and consistency at every stage.
